Our policies are designed to protect your time, our team, and the experience we create for every guest.
Appointment Policy
We reserve this time just for you, and our schedule is carefully planned (including carefully planned double booking), so a 50% deposit is required to book all appointments. A card will be kept on file.
Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours—or arriving 15 minutes or more late—will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. After one no-show occurrence, a 100% deposit will be required for future bookings.
Bridal Policy
All bridal and event bookings begin with our bridal inquiry form.
Submitting the form is a request for availability and does not guarantee booking. All weddings are reviewed and approved by salon management.
Your wedding date is not reserved until your details are confirmed and a deposit is received.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all wedding bookings. This deposit reserves your date and stylist availability.
In-Salon Weddings
There are no minimum service requirements for in-salon bridal services. Smaller parties are always welcome.
On-Location / Travel Weddings
Travel services require a minimum of $750 per stylist.
Local travel fee is $75.
Locations outside of Kansas City begin at $125+.
Parking, valet, and venue fees are not included and may be added if applicable.
