Ashley and Nathan met in 2004 while working at a salon and quickly discovered a shared passion for hair and creativity. Married for 17 years and together for 20, they have built Birdcage Salon on a foundation of skill, dedication, and love for their craft.

Building a Salon with Heart

Owning the salon has brought both challenges and rewards, inspiring them to foster a team-oriented, family-like environment where stylists and management can thrive. Beyond the salon, they enjoy travel, a healthy lifestyle, and quality time together. Their mission remains to deliver exceptional hair experiences while supporting the growth and success of their team.
