Founded together. Crafted together.

A Salon Built By Partnership

Co-owners Ashley and Nathan share a warm, smiling moment together in a professional portrait.

Ashley and Nathan met in 2004 while working in a salon. What started as a shared love for the hair industry turned into a friendship, then a relationship, and eventually a marriage. Years later, they were married in Mexico — and not long after, they stepped into salon ownership together.

Birdcage wasn’t built from a perfect plan. It was built from hard work, long days, learning as they went, and believing they could create something better — for their team and for their clients.

Eighteen years later, that belief still drives everything they do.

Building More Than a Business

Owning Birdcage has never just been about hair. It’s about people.

Ashley and Nathan have built a team-oriented, mentorship-driven environment where stylists grow in skill and confidence. Many of their clients have been with them for decades — through weddings, babies, career changes, and life’s biggest milestones.

The salon has grown alongside the people inside it.

What You Can Expect Here

At Birdcage, great hair starts with skill — but it’s carried by care.

You can expect thoughtful consultations, honest conversations, and stylists who take pride in what they do. The goal is simple: create hair that fits your life and make you feel comfortable while you’re here.

This isn’t a rushed, high-turnover space.

It’s intentional.

It’s personal.

It’s built to last.
