Ashley and Nathan met in 2004 while working in a salon. What started as a shared love for the hair industry turned into a friendship, then a relationship, and eventually a marriage. Years later, they were married in Mexico — and not long after, they stepped into salon ownership together.
Birdcage wasn’t built from a perfect plan. It was built from hard work, long days, learning as they went, and believing they could create something better — for their team and for their clients.
Eighteen years later, that belief still drives everything they do.
