**We have a 24 cancellation policy for all services.
(excluding ANY services or bridal packages over $225 which require 50% deposits and also a 48 hour cancellation.)
 
** No shows and/ or chronic last minute cancellations may not be able to re-book. If rescheduled it could result in a  50% charge being added on to the next service.

***Weddings, balayage, ombre and color corrections will not be scheduled with out a FREE 15 minute consultation. Furthermore, it also requires a refundable 50% deposit when scheduled. (refund on the deposit only applies if the appointment is cancelled before 48 hours of time of service, due to the length of time for the service and your stylists unbooked time)
